Terms and Conditions

Weekly customer lawn service will be done on the same day every day of the week. 

If there is any heavy rain, winds, or other weather events, McKay HP will provide the lawn service accordingly at the next available time. 

McKay HP is not responsible for any obstacles, such as toys, hoses, garden tools, and sprinkler heads, that could be run over when mowing. 

Any pictures can be taken of the lawn on the property for social media content. 

• Any images taken of the property will not contain personal address information or contact information. 

Lawn Service Payment Types:

• Annual lawn mowing service contract:

  • 32 mowing services that occur during the year from mid-April through November

  • The 32 mowing services are billed out evenly over the 8 months, starting in April and continuing through November. 

  • Invoices are sent out at the first of the month for the current month's services rendered

  • Invoices are due by the end of each month. 

• As a per service completed

Online credit card options are available to pay for invoices and are highly recommended.  

Online credit card auto payments are available upon request. 

All landscaping projects will be signed and dated for approval.

All landscaping quotes and estimates are not definite and can include additional upcharges based on the circumstance of the situation and any additional materials needed to complete the project. 

All landscaping projects over $1,000 estimate/quote must have a deposit down. 

• Deposit down includes material necessary for the job. 

Dates that are scheduled are approximate, as McKay HP will not be held responsible for specific events and weather delays outside of our control. 

All price quotes given out are valid for 14 days and are subject to change with notice.  

McKay HP is not responsible for any damage that would occur to sprinklers, pipes that are not marked, or any other types of material that the customer does not mark. 

The customer will be held responsible for any cancellation of the service contract for any reason and will be charged a 40% restocking fee if the contract is canceled after the signed quote and/or estimate. 

Any pictures can be taken of the property for social media content. 

• Any images of the property will not contain personal addresses or contact information. 

McKay HP will spread salt on commercial properties where ice is present. 

Christmas Lighting Terms and Conditions:

• McKay HP is contracted to keep the Christmas lights until the yearly installation time range. No other parties will be allowed to install, store, or take down light displays for future use. 

Customers must pay in full for all services rendered.

All invoices are to be paid within 25 days. 

A finance charge at the periodic rate of 1.5%(annual percentage rate of 18%) will be charged to all unpaid invoices not paid within the net 30 days. Minimum finance charge per month: $0.50

Any returned and unpaid checks given to McKay HP will be charged an additional $35.00 NSF fee, including the invoice total.
